Deliveries to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) typically take 2–3 business days, while other regional hubs take 3–5 business days. Standard delivery is flat PKR 250, and completely complimentary on all orders above PKR 15,000.
Fragile pieces—such as our arch mirrors and stoneware vases—are double-boxed with custom high-density shock-absorbing foam and reinforced structural corner guards to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
When you click "Confirm Order on WhatsApp" on the checkout page, our system automatically compiles your item list, delivery address, and order total into a pre-formatted message. Simply click send in the opened WhatsApp chat window, and our concierge will verify your booking immediately.
We offer a 7-day peace-of-mind exchange policy. In the unlikely event of transit damage or a defect upon receipt, simply send a photo to our WhatsApp concierge within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange an immediate replacement at zero additional shipping cost.
